Magenn Develops New Type of Wind Turbines

A new simple solution to produce energy has been developed by Magenn: it’s called MARS. Magenn’s Power Turbine MARS has all advantages over current existing wind turbines. It’s cheaper, it has better performances and it’s environmental friendly. Magenn Air Rotor System is lighter than air because it’s filled with helium. The turbine produces his energy at 1,000 feet. At 1,000 the wind blows regurarly so MARS has higher efficiency, also being so high it can’t produce the so called “ground turbulence”.Another advantage is that Magenn’s turbine generates the Magnus effect which keeps MARS stabilized so up in the air. Ecologists approve MARS because it doesn’t kill wildlife, they say that birds can avoid the turbine because “it is bigger than a house”. According to Maggen, MARS is silent as an air conditioner.
We think this is a step forward in the future, both for science and ecology, but unfortunately Maggen’s targets for selling are countries with low energy infrastructure. They also announced that they will begin producing the turbines in the following year.
