AqWise Collects Funds For Water-Processing Technologies
By Nick April 5, 2008

With all our attention focused on renewable energy, we kind of neglected other green technologies like water-processing. AqWise has collected funds of about $3.6 million. Although this is a large amount of money, they are struggling to create a new venture.
Altogether, they managed to develop a ticklish polymer-cylinder that bundles contaminant-consumers microbes which can be found in waste-water treatment pools. The treated water is then used for field irrigation. The polymer-cylinders are destined to attract a huge number of microbes which means that the amount of pools can be decreased.
We expect that in a few years, water-processing businesses to become more and more popular and this technology could be very useful in lack-water countries.
