It can be described in a multitude of ways, and those are only a few. EcoFuss.com is a site I recently acquired because of my passion for green and enviornmental issues and policy and these issues’ growing importance in today’s society.
About me
My name is Nick, I’m a finance student at the University of Minnesota. I feel like I’m disproportionately concerned about environmental and energy issues, and I want others to feel the same as I do. So I figured I might as well use this site to channel my frustrations into spreading the news and ideas.
But about the man: I’m into sports, satire, web development, money, politics, international everything, partying,and travel. I fun a few other sites, including Budget Globetrotting and BackpackAbility. Check them out, love them, and participate.
So I’ll end the short bio here with an optimistic, inspirational quote from a favorite movie of mine:
We are told to remember the idea, not the man, because a man can fail. He can be caught. He can be killed and forgotten. But four hundred years later an idea can still change the world. I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of ideas. I’ve seen people kill in the name of them; and die defending them. But you cannot touch an idea, cannot hold it or kiss it. An idea does not bleed, it cannot feel pain, and it does not love. And it is not an idea that I miss, it is a man. A man who made me remember the fifth of November. A man I will never forget.
